Its an embarrassment to them. They want to feel superior to people, Trump being in their clubs makes them less special. Its a rare enjoyable irony of Donnie Dumb Dumb - he craves the respect of real connected rich people, but his pathetic desperate insecure attempts to prove he’s one of them with ostentatious tacky displays of wealth make them hate him and shun him. The harder he tries to “look rich” they more the dislike him.
