It depends how hard Trump leans into it. Wasn’t it the Roy Moore primary where they butted heads and it became obvious it was Trump’s party. It just depends if Trump realizes it and can wield his mob of lunatics effectively.
A huge long term problem is that law enforcement fucking loves Trump. We have zero chance of a functioning country when these MAGA shitheads operate with zero threat of consequences.
