How is the “Angry Staffer” account possibly still a thing? These people are like borderline Alex Jones-grade insane.

I thought a large portion of his tax returns were already leaked lol

They were, The NYT started printing summaries two days before Trump got pozzed. I have the tax return story as the beginning of the crazy season of the campaign, though it was soon eclipsed by the pozzing. Or maybe the 1st debate. They were right around the same time.

The hopeful thing is that its garden variety fraud. Very easy to prove and very hard to dispute. (I’m not a lawyer but I play tennis with several who have this opinion).

Tell the lender the property is worth $100,000,000.
Tell the tax authority the property is worth $25,000,000

I am hopeful but not ecstatic. NYC jury as well would help. To me the biggest concern is hung jury after hung jury due to Trumpistan jurors.

That’s not really how it works, though.

Property tax is assessed by the local government, then the property owner can appeal. You hire an appraiser who will play ball to tell the government it isn’t worth as much as they claim, then there is a process for resolving the disagreement and usually a settlement in the middle. You don’t just say “its worth X, I pay Y, sue me” like you do with other taxes like estate tax. It isn’t tax fraud to tell the government the project is worth less than you represent to the bank (who, by the way, will always hire an independent appraiser - they’re not taking Donald Fucking Trump’s word for how much Trump Tower is worth).

The slam dunk tax fraud is in his personal returns. The haircut deduction is a clear, willful violation. Same with this bullshit “charity” resort in upstate NY, the “consulting” payments to Ivanka and a bunch of other stuff.

Tax law is mega complicated, you have to charge shit people can understand. Even a Manhattan jury is going to go to sleep if you get bogged down arguing intent in complex transactions. Tell the very simple, very easily understood story of deducting $75,000 for haircuts in plain violation of the law.

Can’t wait until this is bargained to nothing.

Like if Trump shot someone on fifth Avenue he would get a ticket for jaywalking.

Where is narrator and ssc?

No, the guy who got shot would get a ticket for jaywalking.

And Trump would get praised for reducing crime.

Hey Flyin’ Ted went to Mexico to conserve electricity for others in Texas.

What an effin tool and just proof he is nothing but a partisan and has no business being on SCOTUS.

Yeah Thomas dissent is crazy and puts a huge target on anything related to voters rights.

But given his wife actually funded people to go to the insurrection is it surprising?

Wait what?

While all these psychos and their backgrounds, it’s kind of crazy Thomas is the biggest partisan nutter.

Thomas isn’t nutty, he’s just completely sociopathic.
