My default assumption has always been that the Conways are setting up an either-side-wins grift. The daughter is probably not officially in on it, but she’s using it to become an “influencer.”

I’m not buying. KAC has an easy grift path if Trump loses or goes after 2 terms. She really can’t grift much while Florida Man is still in office. But after that, sky is the limit.
George, on the other hand, doesn’t have the grifter profile and makes a fuckton anyway. There is not really a way to maintain his status in the legal profession (such that it is) and still grift enough to make it worth his while. At least I don’t think so, but maybe the law bros can weigh in.
Or maybe she just aspires to be a future interviewee on VH1’s “I Love The 2020’s” because it is a mortal lock we will see here on there
Absolutely, and I realize I’m being unfair by making assumptions about all of them, especially the daughter. I tell myself I’m offsetting my unfairness by not thinking about any of them for more than a few seconds at a time.
As I think about it more, if the daughter just wants internet notoriety, there are easier ways for her to get it than crapping on her parents.
In addition, I just can’t imagine how this drama would improve the Conways’ ability to grift.
