Tax scame most likely.
It’s bad out there for NFTs. Some days are down 99% from the peak.
NFT volume is way down but these articles are all very misleading. May 1st, 2022 was the day after the BAYC land mint and the largest NFT volume day by a mile. The next largest day ever wasn’t even 200m.
That being said volume is down 85%-90% or so on average from the beginning of the year. A lot of that is that ETH is 1/3 of it’s value from the beginning of the year and the rest of it is interest waning.
Plus opensea has a few (better) competitors now

I do remember people being big mad that Riverman et al. were crapping up the thread with off-topic low-content posts and detracting from the substantive discussion. I tried to go check in on it, but it seems like no one posts in it?
