The correct answer is that nothing can be proven beyond any reasonable doubt in this polarized environment. The other side will just think your proof is fabricated. I’m not at all surprised at this? just as a general rule, people at the state level are under a lot more pressure to get basic shit done like balancing the budgets and getting trash collected and whatnot. These guys are a lot less predisposed to spend their time spouting off about Qanon bullshit.
