ahahahaha right I’m the one playing semantics here.
Who is he to… nvm
Try admitting an occasional inconsistency. It’s very freeing.
I did? I acknowledged your nitty objection that sometimes executives could pardon an actually innocent person not convicted of a crime, in very rare cases. I can’t actually think of another case besides the hypothetical instance of Assange, but whatever.
Obviously it’s not a consequential inconsistency – the point of my post is that presidents pardon criminals as a general rule. Because criminals are the ones in need of pardons. Obviously that’s true and your nitty objection doesn’t have any bearing on that.
Maybe it is nitty, but you still want to have it both ways. Assange seemed very important to you before. Whatever is right.
I’ll admit the holidays and the isolation are making me especially grumpy. There’s no one here to lash out at. Sorry.
gop is gonna tie the 2k to section 230 and whatever else ghoulish shit they want to force dems to reject it then run on ads saying htey really wanted you to have the money but gee the dems didn’t.
snap call, fuck the Internet (jk, but not really, but jk, but not really)
AOC makes it hard/impossible to believe they aren’t the Washington Generals. She’s great, but it isn’t that hard.
Think the WaPo editorial board is a good proxy for the true beliefs of eDems on this:
Cliffs: bad policy despite being good populist politics
Maybe he has a brother from another mother (who works for China)?
HahaHaha holy shit
Jeez, build some suspense Dale. Gotta put those two paragraphs in two different tweets separated by at least 10 minutes.
