People were saying because his mouth is moving oddly that he must be on something, but to me it just seems like the audio and video are off sync. He does have some major squint going on though

Imagine writing a letter that fellatative and not even getting the standard boilerplate pat on the head in return.
He worked for Kirkland & Ellis. Other notable names who did so include Brett Kavanaugh, Robert Bork, Bill Barr, and Ken Starr.
He got the #2 job in the Justice Department despite no prosecutorial experience. Bill Barr recommended him for the job. It’s almost like he was chosen for reasons other than his legal skills. Whatever could those be?
