It remains absolutely terrifying what a semi-competent Trump could have done, which is why I’m increasingly serious about being out of this shithole country by November, 2024. The GOP is basically the serial wife beater Mike let go in Breaking Bad. Joe Biden is the half measure.

Been playing cyberpunk so not up on it, but that’s my understanding. Basically a debate over whether the SC original jurisdiction is mandatory or discretionary. 7 says the SC gets to decide whether to decide the case, with 2 saying they have to and TX loses.

The fact that these guys are still going hard against Trump is a good sign imo. I never donated to them obviously. But I seriously doubt they helped Trump in any way. I’m glad they exist and will be happy to let them do their thing until they’re no longer useful.
