I think he’s talking about the one filed yesterday. Texas AG suing other states claiming their elections are bogus. I think Trump is hopeful because this one goes to the Supreme Court directly. This was the case where they’re saying Biden’s chance for his come-from-behind victory was 4 quadzillion to one. LOL. Like with all the other cases though, this one has no proof of widespread fraud, and appears likely to meet the same fate as the rest.

I can’t find it but think I saw something about responses due Thursday afternoon. Similar to Alito asking for responses in the PA case by Tuesday morning.
Supposedly they will have a conference call, tell Clarence and Sam to STFU and issue another one line dismissal. But who knows.
