The Confederacy of Donald J. Trump: A Confederacy of Dunces

Gotta be a top 10 blur spoiler use on this site. Really hard to tell it wasn’t a Drudge Siren.

Has a single person in that pic not already been pozzed?

Apparently the answer is at least partly the “County Unit System” which seems to have been a sort of electoral college for Georgia state politics where rural counties had disproportionate representation. A bunch of small rural counties were created in the first quarter of the 20th century.

I think there must be a lot of historical factors that go into county size and number. Texas has 254 while California has 58. Arizona has only 15. Our biggest county is about the same size as Vermont and New Hampshire combined.

I am so glad I never liked Dilbert. Even a little bit.

i admit that i liked dilbert before i learned what scott adams was in 2016. zero chance trmp has ever read any tho. like absolutely zero chance, right?

Lol if you think Trump reads anything that doesn’t concern him.

Some of you guys REALLY need to learn and understand NPD.

EVERYTHING is based off that. EVERYTHING.

Like I would bet $100000000000000000000000000 that Trump refuses mushrooms in the White House after Stormy described his microcock. That’s how bad NPD is.

i can’t blame him for that. mushrooms are gross

Trump bails on surveillance treaty used to monitor Russia, guts program of resources

Nobody tougher on Russia though.

Can’t all this last minute stupidity just be reversed in the last week of Jan?

Some of it, though it’ll back a pain, to reverse EOs would require the senate though. You’d basically have to do a new EO to counter it otherwise and it’s a massive pain in the ass from my understand.

Looks like I was mostly wrong.

I believe the WH Counsel’s office would be working on pardons and Barr and the DOJ would have no involvement. (Normally it would be the WH Pardon Office, but I think that’s been decimated because there’s no interest in following established pardon procedures.) Even if it were a DOJ issue Barr wouldn’t be substantively involved, as it would require actual legal analysis and writing, not just showing up for meetings and assigning prosecutors.

lol it’s hilarious he soley focuses on Kemp despite flipping GA doing absolutely nothing. Though I guess if you could flip GA that would give Republican legislatures cover to scream fraud and send their own electors

5-4 said if it came to that they’re fairly certain the supreme court would side with the legislature since the constitution is pretty clear they have final determination and it doesn’t mention the governor at all.

I do think Trump considers flipping any state as a big win, both from the standpoint of creating more chaos and uncertainty, and also making sure that Biden’s win is smaller than Trump’s in '16.

So I see you guys say its not possible for GA to do signature matches, but didn’t they do that in Wisconsin and throw out a random number of ballots? Just compare the signature on the ballot to the registered signature on file. Seems like theoretically it is possible, and theoretically they could throw out thousands of ballots if the Republicans just challenge everything. Kemp just doesn’t want the blowback.

I cannot speak to Wisconsin, but there’s no signature on the ballot. The signature was on the envelope that contained the ballot. Once the signature is verified, they are separated, and there is no longer an association between the two. This maintains the secret ballot principle that is a foundation of the US electoral system.

Here’s what they really want to do:

  • Pull 10,000 envelopes with signatures on them
  • Compare the signatures on the envelopes to the voter registration signature with some crazy amount of scrutiny
  • Say, “aha!”, we reviewed 10,000 signatures and 1,500 of them “don’t match”
  • Then they can say that’s a high enough percentage to call into question the entire election so we need to throw it all out and now our only choice is for the GA legislature to vote on which electors to send

Scrutinizing scribbles to own the libs.

Signatures are just a mark you put on something to attest that you have performed some action. Using a pen scribble for any random verification is the dumbest thing in the world. Who knows what random scribble I scribbled when I registered to vote? GTFO with this nonsense.
