It would be a big win if we were actually stealing it… but no people worried enough about COVID to risk their vote not counting by dropping a mail in ballot who didn’t believe his claims that the mail in vote was going to be rigged were voting for him… particularly not from places he was going to lose 75-25.

There’s a fun British gangster movie from the 70s, Villain, where it ends with Richard Burton as a washed up hard man pointlessly shooting someone on the street. He screams at the police and bystanders that he’ll easily get away with it as he’ll be able to intimidate witnesses, but it’s obvious to everyone that he won’t.
People mostly ignore him as he’s lead away by police, and there’s a lovely bit of acting from Burton where you can see that he’s angry, incoherent and slightly confused as to why it’s happening, but that also, deep down, he knows he’s fucked.
Anyway that came to mind just now, hope I was right to think of it.
