Uh yeah. The whole reason Donald is doing so well is that if youâre using FB properly the messages are tailored to that voter specifically based on what you already know about what they like and donât like. These monoliths were never as homogenous as they claimed they were. Weâre a group of 25-55 year old white guys and Iâm pretty sure if our votes were being counted it would be 100% Biden.

Exactly. Facebook wouldnât put us in a demographic bucket and send us Trumpy stuff, theyâd have all this data about us posting photos of our avocado toast and soy smoothies and identify us as liberals.

Yeah thatâs whatâs so pernicious about it. When I get on FB the front page of it is pretty unobjectionable, but when I click on one of the trucker groups I half assed follow⌠yeah shit gets real really fast. FB shows you the world as you want it to be.
My freakout kid is claiming repeatedly that 1 million deceased people voted in california. I canât even find a fake source for this. I donât know where these people are getting this stuff.
