You think thatā€™s bad? My last degree was DoPE. They never stop punishing you for not finishing a PhD.

Lol Harvard.

Ivy league is full of knobs.

How do you stage putting water into a vehicle? By putting water into a vehicle?

Putting water into a vehicle is Ted Cruz staging empathy.

Macquarie Group (An Australian bank and associated companies) seems to have made about $600m more than expected in 2 weeks due to the Texas storm.

Ours caps autopay at $1,000. Never thought about that as a consumer protection situation before, but wonder if it state mandated.

Just reminds me how many Fox News viewers who were fretting on Twitter that poor Ted was going to be screwed out of his months planned ahead vacation for him and his family.

Instead it was a last minute take whomever wants to go party. I would wish someone looked into how this was arrange and funded. I know travel is dirt cheap right now but Ted doesnā€™t strike me as a generous guy.

Seems to me that the electricity market is just copying the Healthcare market.

you think? I seriously doubt that needle has budged at all

caused by what? donā€™t let that shit just slip by, sure the storm can have impacts on supply and demand but the motherfucking storm isnā€™t what caused someoneā€™s bill to go from $250 to $10k.

The whole country is just going to be gated super mansions and go fund me in like 15 years.

Charity is good but ultimately the money just goes to fucking utilities, pure dystopia.

This isnā€™t wild speculation, many countries already have this and it already exists in some parts of the US. These types of images are pretty common:

Where is that? The stuff on the left doesnā€™t look like the US. The pink satellite dishes on the right donā€™t look like US either.
