Others may not better who have got the purchase, but my understanding is wait till you get the purchase failed, and then try again. You shouldn’t have to refresh.

Is your phone somehow synched with your with computer?
I definitely got sent to the back of the line going from phone to computer and lots have complaint on Discord about this (and told there is nothing that can be done).
I would bet $1 million that TS would have no idea why either.
On Discord they are telling people not to switch devices.
