You wanted the best. I can’t say I’m even remotely surprised, the only time I felt like we had a chance was after the Judge HR in game 2. They need a shutdown ace, they can hit 400 hr next year and will lose like this again and again.
I don’t mind them losing to a better team. What I won’t stand for is stupid swings and bad at bats. Yankees walked 3x in first inning. Bases are loaded and Sanchez strikes out on 3 pitches and then hits a home run in garbage time. That is bullshit. And that’s just one example.

There was an article that was something of a counter a year or two ago about how bc of dating apps and instagram players don’t go clubbing anymore, players get more rest and sleep than in the past.
It’s why road teams don’t stink the way they used to. (Except Miami, everybody still goes out there.)
Yeah I remember that article and they do reference it in that article. That is an assuming link. Players used to have to club crawl all night to find hook ups now they just swipe right.
