This is a colossally stupid move by Giuliani. Like, I get it if he was a politician and there were political concerns… But he’s not. This is purely legal. And a public interview about it is really fucking stupid.
No Trump loyalist has really had serious consequences. Arguably Manafort and Cohen, but nothing even close to what they deserve. I’ll happily laugh at Rudy being stupid but I have zero confidence he’s actually going to jail.

The only reason they haven’t had serious consequences was because they either cooperated (Cohen), or they were pardoned. Nobody to pardon Giuliani. He’s fucked.
Manafort and Marina Butina the only ones who’ve ever faced anything like real consequences. At least we got to see Roger Stone in jail for a few weeks, that was fun.
