RFC: Proposed New Subforum

Animosity in this forum has clearly been on the rise for some time. I liked this place a lot better when it was more horizontally moderated and would like to open a new subforum with that style of moderation. Anyone can see that the moderation philosophy has shifted from more horizontal to much, much more vertical as time goes on. So, just like OOT and The Lounge had separate moderators and posting guidelines, our new subforum would have separate moderators and posting guidelines. Were we to o…
