Well the community voted 90%+ to keep him, so maybe it’s not a good idea to rotate given the disagreement with the community at large.
Like I said, I don’t want to be a mod if wookie wants to be a mod indefinitely. But me saying that I’d be happy to be a mod if wookie wanted to rotate was in response to wookie saying who would be willing do the job if not wookie. It’s pretty basic, I’m not sure what you aren’t understanding here.
Are you like 9 years old?
Why do you think that’s childish?
I understand it perfectly. You only want to be a mod if something happens that the community is overwhelmingly against. That means you won’t be mod unless that changes because your views aren’t congruent with the community’s views.
I don’t think the community is against mods rotating every six months. Most people don’t really gaf.
A majority voted in favour of fixed terms, before another poll was created.
People voted for people to stay on as mods. There was a specific vote for wookie as well. Your views are not mainstream.
Also keeed- kinda funny how it goes from “I don’t want to be a mod if wookie is a mod indefinitely” to “mods should be limited to 6 months.” You’re about as subtle as a Republican congressman from Georgia.
Why in the world is that funny? Those aren’t inconsistent in the least.
Congrats you have won the prize for the most disingenuous post itt. That is quite an accomplishment.
OMGGGGGG
I’m open to changing my mind, but you’ll have to use an argument or at least complete sentences in order to do so.
There’s not much sense in arguing when people live in different universes.
Well, we are interacting in the same forum. AFAICT, keed doesn’t toss insults around and engages respectfully with other poster’s points, yet people think it’s A OK to constantly call him a troll and respond to his posts with nothing more than “KEEEEEEEEEED”. That’s an argument supporting my point. You can counter, or go with the different universe tactic. FYI, that works better on people you can gaslight, so it’s probably ineffectual in this scenario.
Ignoring him also works like a charm.
We get it, you want the current mods out. You’ve made your point loud and clear. The forum disagrees with you. That has nothing to do with the RFC.
Microbet’s motivation for rotating mods has nothing to do with caring about if they rotate and everything to do with not liking the current mods. He’s just better at hiding it than others.
As has been pointed out to you, numerous times, fixed terms does not mean you cannot have multiple terms. The current system that everyone adopted is fixed terms ffs. Congresspeople have fixed terms. It is not the same thing as being term-limited.
I would note that, thus far, the main RFC is split 50/50, but @spidercrab 's compromise suggestion of just making people wait before starting a complaint thread is polling at 82 percent. If we leave this up for another few days and it continues polling so well, I propose we move on to a series of binding votes.
Well, I’ll be here if you’re going to lie. I have no problem with Wookie or any other mod. You should rotate as mod for fuck sake. And I’ve been saying this since day fucking one you jackass.
