What subreddits do you like?
r/bookshelf is kinda fun, although I haven’t been following it lately
I’m active on r/askphilosophy
And when I’m playing a videogame, I’m typically on the game’s subreddit

Key to reddit is customizing your experience obviously. There’s a few ways to do that. My subs are mostly heavily curated, and then I check out r/all (with many, many subs filtered out of it) and this bookmark sometimes for some made up AI stories. Also getting the RES and old reddit redirect chrome extensions are recommended.

Reddit’s good for finding info on really freakish niche interests. The reddit sumo page is kind of the de facto page for international sumo fans.
r/TwoXChromosomes if you want to be horrified at how predatory and creepy a lot of the male population is.
r/nba
r/mavericks
Probably the ones I visit most.
I get a lot of relationship focused subreddits in my feed too.
Oh yeah and r/fighterandthekid. Because Brandon Schaub is a train wreck and the sub making fun of him is often funny.
Is that the new AskWomen of reddit?
I ask because the mods of AskWomen are notorious for being total maniacs with the ban button. It’s even turned away female posters there.
You’d think by contrast that AskMen would be some redpill subreddit but it really isn’t. That stuff gets deleted/downvoted pretty quickly by the community.
It’s a lot of women asking for relationship advice, if weird stuff their SO does is normal (usually no), lamenting that they can’t go anywhere without being accosted, not being respected at work/school, etc.
It’s interesting and depressing at the same time. A growing # of women are just completely checking out of the dating world.

And lots of game reddits. Used to be on Australian but that turned out to be mostly about hating immigrants.
