I know other people have had different experiences, but my limited experience working with Dem campaigns has basically been constantly interacting with a ton of overly enthusiastic people or over self-important people who aren’t actually effective at getting anything done.

But did they strand supporters in a frozen wasteland? Did they mishandle a pandemic? Competency in politics is relative.

I can’t confirm from personal experience, but, based on this, it reads like Illinois allows someone else to turn in your absentee ballot. There should be a line somewhere on the ballot where the voter identifies the person who they are authorizing to turn it in for them.

This is what I recall from my mail ballot. However, he needs to have his ballot already in hand. @Cactus
