I’m never going to hate on Sherrod Brown. He’s pretty solidly progressive and wins easily in a reddish purple state.
If we could have Sherrod Browns and Jon Testers in all the Likely R states, Joe Manchins in all the Solid R states, and Ed Markeys and Jeff Merkleys in all of the Solid D states, we would have no problems in the senate.

I accept the idea that everyone deserves a defense so I don’t hold it against a lawyer who defends a heinous murderer.
