This is a rare excellent article on a legal topic. Very efficient presentation of the facts and law, no both sides bullshit, easily understood by a lay person. A+ job.

You know so historians can document what led to the formation of AmeriTrumpâ˘, the 26 year reign of the Trump family as rulers of North America (yeah, sorry about that Canada and Mexico).
There is something distinctly American about having a game, this time an electoral one, that no one else plays and that is needlessly stupid and violent and ill-named but that is nevertheless exciting and prone to massive swongs and between that and the high stakes and the media machine it garners a bunch of international attention anyway. We donât count our points one at a time but by 3 and 20 and 55 and 4 and 10. We artificially skew the rules to favor the trailing team at the last minute. There are too few games to really resolve the better team through all the randomness involved, but we crown the winner of the dice roll not just champion, but World Champion anyway.

New PA SOS update. We are now down to 373k still outstanding PA ballots versus 246k repubs. Dems have returned 81 percent of absentees versus 68 percent for repubs. Iâm not worried about the late mail thing in PA tbh
Iâm going to take a step off the WAAF stump for a second and start believing that the Des Moines poll was just mega outlier, and the Atlas polls are just rigged or something. They havenât polled PA or WI at all this cycle. This is letting me feel better for a few minutes before I start WAAFing again
