We listen to a lot of ex police-chiefs and cops of all kinds in interviews, but I never hear anchors ask them about racism within police departments. We need to hear more about cop culture, and maybe then we can find some answers moving forward. I know that race is like the first and foremost thing on their minds when they talk about “subjects”. Race is their first priority when they describe someone.
