This hand/stream just happened, correct?
I am the furthest thing from a Polk fan.
Relevant.

That’s because Brett Farve unretired and Dog Polk has unretired 9 times already!
Tracked it down. Seems pretty weak. Pretty sure she’s just tapping her feet on the ground which shakes the chair slightly and doesn’t require any femur movement.
2:12:55 Clip of possible chair vibration
I don’t see it.
Who’s that Ryusuke guy in these games?
Poker is not a thing in Japan and yet here’s a Japanese guy playing high stakes poker bluffing all in with 72o.
I don’t know much about him, but the 72 probably makes more sense when you see his twitter handle. https://twitter.com/27master_ryu
I do find it amusing that the lineup in these games is like
Seat 1: heavily tattooed biker guy
Seat 2: Phil Ivey
Seat 3: random LA woman with lots of mediocre plastic surgery
Seat 4: random sketchy looking guy who, when googled, turns out to have spent 3 years in prison for bank fraud
Seat 5: seat 3’s plastic surgeon
Seat 6: actual billionaire who is a nit
Seat 7: Garrett Adelstein
Seat 8: pudgy Asian guy with no discernible talent or job, or maybe Paul Keating
Seat 9: Tom Dawn
Is Garrett related to Sheldon?
Twitter bio says he’s only been playing poker for 2 years, yet he’s a 72o master. Something doesn’t add up.
If there was a vibration loud enough to shake the chair im pretty sure the other players at the table would have noticed
Nobody’s talking about the real scandal which is Ivey played for maybe two hours.
Did he vibrate at all?
That’s old news, and 110 minutes longer than he’s played on any of the other HCL streams he was used to draw viewers into.
The only 2 types of regular players in poker are raging assholes and oversmart socially challenged guys without the drive to be a tech dude or a finance bro. The assholes are successful in life because they bully the shit out of everyone but the delusion that works in the fantasy world of business rarely works for long in the hard numbers poker world.
Exactly
It basically means “didn’t want to put in the effort to get a degree” which, fair?
I think he’s supposedly a businessman in Dubai. (Or somewhere in the middle east in any case.)
