damn, wish i could remember my bovada account info…lol

I play on private site and it’s mostly mixed games and only cash. Got the urge to play some tourneys. loaded 1k on ACR played for about an hour. Site crashed checked today and sites back but I only have balance of 7cents. Lol online poker in 2020.

I flopzillad your AQo in the BB hand (05:32ish) against my UTG range and you’d have had ~46% equity. I was a bit surprised at how quickly you folded, but removing the few bluffs and smaller pairs cut your equity down to ~40%. Would you have called or raised in position?

Anyone play the dailys on Bros? Y’all are giving me the MTT itch

If I play more than 2-3 tables online, I start having some devastating misclicks and time-outs. It’s a combination of poor eye-hand coordination and the game moving too fast for me.

I should just accept online poker is not for me, right?

I’m getting there. I have no issues with tilt live, but have raised my laptop over my head ready to smash it against the wall like 20 times in a bit over a month of online play. Also can’t play more than one table at a time without losing EV.

It’s a lot easier for me to process bad beats live and move on because it’s easier for me to understand what a person is thinking. Also, because if I tilt live, what I end up doing is turtling up and playing almost no hands while trying to think through what I just witnessed.

I can’t get a handle on how I am perceived online. If I don’t know what they think I am doing, I don’t know how to perceive what their actions mean. I also don’t have a good sense of population tendencies.

Just lost with AQdd versus K8dd and didn’t raise my laptop to the sky. I have a tic now though.

I play on carbon. Ridiculously soft $5 tourneys there and have steadily built up to about $1200. Took a random shot at the $33 tonight. Got crushed for two hours and was left with under 10bb with two hours left in late reg.

Finished 2nd for just under $600. Not bad considering I lost AA < KT 4 handed which would have given me 75% of the chips and KK < A6 for the win

I haven’t pokered since black friday. If I live in california what sites can I play on? And how do you load money on the site? (I’m bad at figuring this shit out, so I appreciate any friendly guidance)

Last time I tried, whatever site I was attempting to use was charging like 7% just to load money or I had to use bitcoin…which I have no idea how to use.

i was anti-bitcoin too but the walkthrough on bovada was straightforward enough and i got my money way faster

that said, i made my first deposits during the pandemic with credit card. like $150 went through but i tried $300 a couple times and that wouldn’t go through. they also charge you a fee for cc deposits which blows. bitcoin is way better, just do bitcoin.

for bitcoin you wanna sign up for coinbase, and you’ll give your bank account and identity info to them. you can buy and keep bitcoins and cash there very easily.

then bovada wants you to use an intermediary wallet between coinbase and them because coinbase doesn’t like being associated with gambling websites. so you sign up for a free blockchain app on your phone, you don’t have to give them any information besides an email. send your bitcoin you bought on coinbase to your blockchain app, then coordinate the deposit through bovada, and they’ll tell you where to send the deposit from the blockchain wallet

for withdrawls it’s the reverse, you give them a fresh blockchain wallet address, they send it over there, then you send it from your blockchain to your coinbase, and convert that to usd. that only takes a couple hours. then you can withdraw the cash from coinbase to your bank, which takes a couple days.
