He doesn’t paywall his episodes. He also offers everything he sells for free, including his app, if you email him and tell him you can’t afford it.
I’ve heard that before but I doubt he’s still keeping up with that. It’s been months since the change was made and I never gave him a cent. I’ll email him and tell you how it works out though.

You’d be wrong, they were if anything almost too eager to criticise the show and hosts, to the point where many of them were clearly falling into the trap of regarding pop-culture consumption as political expression.

I say this as someone who has listened to dozens of Sam Harris podcasts while commuting. I would never pay money to have access to his work.

I had forgotten about the Chomsky thing and on revisiting the ezra Klein convo – dude’s politics are just bad. Jumping on the anti sjw bandwagon in 2018 is a super bad look, the only people he seems to think need him defending are those with power and influence. Totally standard rich white guy reactionary.
Idk guys – he does write well enough about meditation from a utilitarian standpoint, which is fine as far as it goes, but I have trouble taking advice on spiritual stuff (anything, really, but especially that) from someone so lacking in compassion.
