Started with one person who stood in front of the bus carrying people who have lived in Bend over 10 years and never been in trouble.
Bend is supposed to be a sanctuary city.
Started off tense. Now it’s an event. I’m sure it will get tense again.

Watching a live stream. The protesters were apparently ordered to disperse. They decided that sitting down seemed like a better idea. It’s a right wing feed, I’m not enjoying the commentary - trying to find a better one.
DHS is flying a dirtbox plane over the protest.
The crowd is now chanting “LET THEM GO! LET THEM GO! LET THEM GO!”
Someone just told the observers to go live and record what’s about to happen. Sounds like the feds are about to move. Fuck.
The feds just ran in, grabbed someone off one of the buses, and ran off with them. They might have gotten the immigrants moved. God damn it.
Fuck. They’re yelling for a medic, asking people to clear a path. Fuck.
They fired tear gas.
It appears the feds removed everyone from the buses, and there is a group of protesters following the feds to wherever they are headed to continue to protest, others are going home or staying in the original location.
