I’m not denying that they are allies in the fight to save democracy, but they are evil allies and I’m not in a position where I have to pretend they aren’t to keep them happy.
I want to encourage negative partisanship towards the Republican brand.

She champions waterboarding among a host of other stances that make her a POS human being
I was responding to the “hot take” that she might actually be a good person. We can welcome her work on the J6 committee without bastardizing the definition of good person
Aren’t you the guy who wants (someone else) to murder your political opponents? Or is that only if there’s supermajority support for it?
I was told by the cognoscenti that 1/6 Commission was full of bipartisan hacks that were wasting everyone’s time. Ah well, nevertheless.
I thought the consensus was that we want Trump to run. If so, then it’s actually more than a waste of time, it’s actually counterproductive.
That’s the post hoc galaxy brain take from people that have never heard Ronnie actually talk and think he is anything but a glorified Scott Walker.
The actual smart take is that we want Trump to LOSE the primary and still run (which he does most of the time) in the general. 1/6 facilitates that quite nicely.
Lol muppet, all these people are voting for Trump over Biden if it comes to it.
Welcome back Gambool2, always a treat to be graced with your urbane je ne sais quoi. Setting a wonderful community standard of ad hominem laced wit.
Is it possible that the SS just wanted to make the committee believe the texts were deleted as a way of not turning them over? I mean, it seems a lot easier to believe they were intentionally deleted, rather than “accidentally” deleted, and trying to prove they were accidentally deleted may not be so easy. So now they reluctantly give up the texts, which may not have been missing in the first place? Is that plausible?
That’s not smart. That’s level one obvious.
They might get some texts but likely they get a shrug and sorry, not all could be retrieved when they ask if it’s all of them.
And yet.
I guess they forgot to acid wash them.
On MSNBC right now breaking news is the Secret Service CANNOT recover those texts. Gee, wow, this is so, uh, surprising. Oh well, right Merrick?
