Huy Fong chili garlic is a kitchen staple for me. Also Cholula chipotle (Tobasco chipotle is suprisingly decent as well).
All the cool kids are eating harissa these days.
What Iāve been on a lifelong quest for is something that is just like sambal oelek, but without the sweetness.
Anyone have any recs?
