Goves

If impersonating a Wu-Tang member is a crime, all of the actual Wu-Tang members should be arrested.

I thought it was proofs and rooves, though now that I type out ā€œroovesā€ Iā€™m less sure of that. I definitely pronounce it ā€œroovesā€ though.

Edit: the internet tells me itā€™s proofs and roofs

Ranking of hot sauces please. Even better if by type since I donā€™t know the types. Iā€™ve currently got

  1. ?
  2. Everything else

Atm I have Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce (good but more of a paste) and Valentina Salsa Picante (meh) in my fridge.

Iā€™m a Huy Fong Sambal Oelek man. Straight chili homie. Also a paste. One of my favorite lockdown purchases is an 8 lb container of it.

Just recently bought some Fly by Jing chili crisp. Not spicy enough IMO. Want to try more styles but want sugar-free.

Jeezus.

Cool. I may be a step or two below your heat preference. Iā€™m not after just heat, though Iā€™m probably off the scale here in Utah.

You guys are hard core.

This is my chili garlic stuff. Cheap and tasty. Fairly hot for me. Like I wouldnā€™t just eat a spoonful but itā€™s good on the side.

Eta Iā€™ve tried this, which I like because it doesnā€™t have vinegar so itā€™s more flavorful, but hard to find except online.

My wife falls asleep during non sleeping times all of the time. Iā€™ve taken about 90+ unique pictures of the last couple years of her sleeping in weird ass positions. Iā€™m putting them all together and making a coffee table book for Christmas this year. Canā€™t wait!

Huy Fong chili garlic is a kitchen staple for me. Also Cholula chipotle (Tobasco chipotle is suprisingly decent as well).

All the cool kids are eating harissa these days.

What Iā€™ve been on a lifelong quest for is something that is just like sambal oelek, but without the sweetness.

Anyone have any recs?

This stuff is pretty incredible:

Yeah, Iā€™ve got some of that. My problem with that if you like to shovel it on, as I do, there is a very weird aftertaste. Kind of metallic almost.

None of you would have any spicy things w/o chiles from Mexico. The spiciest thing on earth would be black pepper.

Scotch bonnet - Wikipedia.

100,000ā€“350,000 Scoville units.[5] For comparison, most jalapeƱo peppers have a heat rating of 2,500 to 8,000 on the Scoville scale.

:scream:

These all originated in the new world, just to clarify.
