What’s wrong with pointing out that now he’s been in both a major train wreck and a major car wreck?

Starbury is a legend everywhere

Woods’ crash looks like he jumped the median, smashing the Rolling Hills sign, then went the wrong way out of control until rolling the car on the far left of the road. Crazy.

He’s got form.

I just wanted to do the coward’s thing of making the joke without actually making it.

Its used in medical contexts too. We make note of this and call it stuff like ‘prolonged extraction’. It’s a marker of a bad crash and increases the chance there’s some sort of bad injury. Firemen like using their toys too.

Glad to hear he’s doing ok.

Not any worse than the alternative of Chiquita - renamed from United Fruit. Dole used to be the less infamous Standard Fruit,

Some day if my truck is stolen with my child inside of it, I hope to be able to provide a quote for the news report that is as full of empathy as his.

Had to read through that twice to realize it wasn’t the 8 year old who struggled with addiction.

So he hooked it.

Grunching. But when I see these kinds of things, I have the same reaction that you do. But I also feel kind of like a hypocrite. Maybe I don’t post it on FB, but there are all sorts of choices I make that lead to tons of animal suffering. Does it matter that it’s a cow instead of a giraffe? Does it matter whether it’s posted on FB or not? Maybe these things matter a bit, but not enough to really change the ultimate conclusion. She is pretty awful and if I’m better, it’s not by as much as I’d like.

Do people eat giraffe?

It does. If you paid someone thousands of dollars to coral a cow into a field so you could shoot it from a safe location, then posted a ton of photos on social media flexing over the body and mugging for the camera, you’d be rightly ridiculed.

Yeah, I don’t disagree. As I said, it does matter a bit.

I guess the difference is I don’t look at a cow, much less a majestic wild animal, and think - man it would be fun to kill that. I don’t understand that mindset. And I grew up in a family that hunted birds.

But yeah - vegetarians can certainly judge me for eating meat and I offer no defense.

I’m still fixated on yesterday’s fight. Can anyone answer questions below for me?

Not sure if confirmed. The guy on the left in the rear naked choke attempt was the eye injury.

I really want to know what led up to the fight. How did cauliflower-ear dude get a bloody nose, why was turtleneck guy rubbing his chin, and why was beanie guy screaming “Look at me, bitch!”?

It’s almost like they punched each other a few times then stopped for some reason. Very weird.

So, you’re saying it was the guy with the brown jacket?
