You’re claiming you never speed? I’d put the line at 70% of cars going down this road are speeding. Doesn’t make it right but it’s hardly odd.
People drive below 20 km/h in all parking lots at all times?

You sure showed that woman who’s boss! I doubt you tell a man bigger than you physically to fuck off so this just seems like bullying to me.
Ya this is definitely where I was at at fault. I tend to have a lead foot.
So telling someone who is verbally accosting you to “Fuck off” as you walk past them is “bullying”?

Uh ya you definitely don’t tell some huge dude who gets in your face to fuck off??? lol
She’s not going to do anything. She’s just making a performance to call attention to how bad you are.
You should drive slower in parking lots, lots of kids etc wandering around. And you’re not going to make up much time speeding through a parking lot anyway.
A pedestrian has the right of way 100% of the time, no questions asked, its that simple because a driver has the protection of his vehicle.
I encounter this scenario +10 times a day and worse from pedestrians and would not have blinked an eye.
The way to look at it is, why were you speeding, then act accordingly I.E. You were in a rush so why waste a second on another when time is already sparse.
Accept the fact that you live around people who walk in car parks and move on.
I just realized that the incident probably occurred in Canada. Shouldn’t the interaction have gone down with a screeching halt of the vehicle, a friendly wave from the pedestrian, followed by a few rounds of “sorry”? Or is western Canada now more like the eastern U.S.?
You done the right thing, making the joke around his attire makes them think, maybe.
Even more damming for poor old Clovis.
A digital version is available along with other games in a current Humble Bundle for ~$10.
I do, because there’s a lot of people walking around and you can’t always see them.
Clovis,
Impossible to say who is more wrong without seeing how much too fast you were driving.
But regarding the “fuck you”, how abnormal is that for you? Is it the internet bleeding over to real life?
Also, so much for the reputation of Canadians.
Agree my speed relative to the limit is important. I’d guess I was over about 5 km
As for the fuck you id say it was the first time I’ve said it to a stranger irl in decades.
Just had to convince a friend they won’t “lose money” by taking a census job because of making too much and moving up in tax brackets.
I don’t understand how this myth is so persistent.
Conservatives push the myth because they want people to think of taxes as purely punitive and that the rich pay too much.
