The house next to mine just went through a frenzy of open house and showing activity and sold for an absurd amount considering the size and how old everything in the house was. I laughed when I saw the list price but i wouldnât be surprised if it went for well over ask

Maybe fewer people are selling for some reason. Fewer relocations because of job changes?
Time on market is down to 48 from 60 a year ago, which is significant, but doesnât seem like itâs just houses selling fast.

About half-way through Tenet and I must say, I had a feeling this movie would be dumb, but I didnât think it would be Secret War With Backwardsland dumb. In a way itâs all the more enjoyable for it.
