My wife still loves telling the story of going to Winnipeg for a work trip in January the year after we got married and feeling her eyeballs freeze as she crossed the street. It was -50.
It was a really mild winter until this week, we had like two days colder than -20 until now and they were both when I was quarantined with Covid so I didnāt notice.

Anyone who doesnāt think ribs>>>brisket has to be clinically insane. 
Wind proof winter shell is key and then layers. Dress like you are climbing mountains and -20 isnāt so bad. I havenāt been wearing my warmest things and get warm walking my dog in ~0 F temps.
