Instead of pretending to morph into stewards of law and order to make a case for murder for some silly political point, each case is going to be unique on its own - to where mothers under extreme emotional disturbance with their child will matter for both getting a murder conviction even when the attacker is fleeing.
Facts may change it from murder-1 to murder-2, sure. It is an extremely strong murder case that was dropped because of IdPol considerations.
