Itâs a trade for Quickley, who some think has the potential to be as good as Maxey and is a good fit next to Barnes.

Heâs a year and a half older than Maxey but yeah i guess they view him as a bigger talent than i thought
Heâs going to be a 20+ ppg guy with starter minutes.
I love Quickley. He wonât be Maxey offensively (who is?) but heâs good defensively, too, imo. Loved watching the Knicks in large part due to him.
And I think NotBruceZ is right, heâs a great fit with Scootie. I think RJ will be, too.
I think intentionally mispronouncing Scottie Barnes originated on Reddit and I canât stop doing it.
I much prefer guys like RJ and IQ to ~3 picks that will be ~20th overall.
