Closest I can think of is Chauncey Billups. Not CP3 level, but I’d say he was at least fringe star level with Min, Det, Den, NY, and LAC.

Moses Malone played for every team in the league.
It’s hard to overstate how bad he’s been in the playoffs in big moments. I was at the clippers collapse against OKC and it was baffling.
That said, he’s a lock HOF and one of the best PG of all time. I always hated him after the nut punch at Wake Forest and all the bitching in LA. But he won me over last year in OKC.
I don’t know I have had people tell me Paul is the GOAT PG for years. I don’t agree with them, and he may be underrated in some circles, overrated in others and GOLDILOCKS!
Yeah but let us analyze this. He seemingly helps team s win more games, yet many teams have said “We have had enough of that hall of famer on our team.”
