National Basketball Association - 2022/23 Season (Part 1)

Sacramento just took so many bad shots in the last two minutes.

Cavs unloaded all their assets for this?

Cavs are at least young and should improve with current core over the next few years. Still overpaid for Mitchell, but not as indefensible as Twolves or Mavs.

Haven’t watched today’s game yet, but based on result,

I have a feeling SAC is going to get ref-fucked bigly in one of the next few games.

Cavs are still young, but Mitchell was traded for to supply veteran leadership into the playoffs. And he’s been a no-show.

I went to one game this year and Spider was a total no-show in one of the biggest games of the season (up to that point). When his shot’s off he turns into Harry Houdini and dumps the scoring responsibility onto Garland.

Tatum is so inconsistent on offense. Capable of elite games but also 2/3rds of his playoff games with less than 25 points as a #1 option.

they’re gonna be better every year for at least 3-4 years.

that’s what i’m telling myself. :smirk:

Oh no this will hurt the Hawks chances.

It will hurt the Sixers chances because the sooner this series ends, the more likely Embiid is to miss second round games due to his knee sprain.

Mitchell was terrible but Cavs have two seven footers and just got completely dominated on the inside and gave up a ton of offensive rebounds

Mobley’s youth alone excuses him. Give him a couple years to fill out his body and he’ll start to become dominant down low.

As for Jarret Allen, he’s a nice player but he always gets bullied by more physical players. Not built for the playoffs, and matches up terribly with NY’s physical bigs.

Which calls into question the Cavs roster construction moving forward.

Oh goddammit.

Warriors sun run continues. AD/KD injuries probably next

All they need is a little ref love and every team to get injured and crumble in their path.

Hopefully the Suns can save us.

Complete fluke injury after the whistle too for Fox.
