I donāt know man. Sleeping with a subordinate as a position of power is pretty strongly discouraged in companies. You could argue that consensual doesnāt really exist in a power dynamic.

As every front office female in the Celtics front office gets dragged on twitter, the Celtics offices have to be in complete turmoil at this point.
I am speculating he will be suspended one year and he will either be fired or resign during that year.

If the reporting of harassment is true, he should be gone.
We all know pursuing a relationship with someone who has less power at your workplace is wrong. My company, thatās a firing. Consensual is different than appropriate. I guess I could see a long, meaningful suspension if it was just the relationship. If thereās harassment, I canāt understand not firing. Maybe itāll end up being that way - itāll just be a year delayed.
Feel super bad for all the female Celtics staffers that had to remove social media because people made assumptions that they were the one. Just trying to get ready for bed and 14 Sullys are blowing up your mentions.

Iād love to know some of the inside baseball for access journalism like Woj. I think everyone understandably assumed it was the Celtics leaking it. But with the initial reports hammering āconsensualā over and over, maybe it was Udokaās representation. First to market sets the tone.
