Boston is obviously a good team. Itās not a problem 90% of the time, itās a strength but they rely on everyone working together, making the right plays. When it doesnāt happen they just crumple.
Gs played excellent defense in second and third quarters.
I mean, if this is a āSteph has lost itā game, I feel like the myth of peak Steph may have gotten out of hand. He had 29 points leading all scorers in the NBA finals against an elite defense, 41% from 3. He admittedly missed a free throw, but he was still 85%. So, like, heās 2 made two pointers and a free throw off of 50/40/90 shooting, something heās always aspired to average but hasnāt always achieved, and this is against an elite defense in the NBA finals, and itās evidence heās fallen off? Or maybe itās Bostonās 4th Q in game 1 that has become the yard stick of recent memory, but geez, thatās in no way a bad or even mediocre game.
