A big problem for the mavs in second half is they changed up their offense in the second half for the worse. They went at looney again with luka, werenāt getting into the paint, just donāt get why.
First time in playoffs I think Kidd made poor adjustments.
What a classic Warriors game. Drunk in the 1st off a big win, obligatory Draymond T. Tread water in the second, helped out by some late Curry heroics to keep it in striking distance. Go nuts in the 3rd and then never look back. Rando Draymond 3 to get things out of reach before fouling out. Looney going nuts is new but welcome. Felt like old times tonight.

I feel like kidd has actually done a great job making adjustments between games but he definitely fucked a few things up tonight. Didnāt call time outs when warriors started to go on runs and the warriors were in the bonus with like 8 minutes left in the 3rd and they werenāt attacking the paint to get to the line.
Brutal loss for you guys. 45% from 3 hitting like 20 of them and still lost.
Iām so hyped curry looked good. If he can continue to shoot well they will be very hard to beat.
On the bright side Luka is 23 this is great experience for him and you guys made it further than anyone expected

Yeah I just remind myself we probably shouldnāt be here. I told myself before game 1 I wasnāt going to worry about this series until game 3. Itās a must win for mavs. Hopefully will be a good one.

Yeah, it feels both like the Mavs are a little young to have made it this far and like the Warriors are a little old. Mavs almost certainly have more RANG equity after this year, so Iām going to enjoy the heck out of this season for the Warriors as their window seems to be closing. Luka seems pretty likable, so I could see latching onto him after Steph is done, and especially if the Blazers canāt get their shit together.
Also, you canāt convince me that Otto Porter Jr. isnāt Lionel Richeās love child.

It seems highly likely that Seattle will have a team within the next 5 yrs. I assume that will end your search to find a team to latch on to.
I wonāt owe a new Seattle team any more allegiance than Iād have for the Blazers, who are much closer to where I actually live now. A new team can call themselves the Sonics, but they wonāt be the Sonics of my childhood. I considered myself an anti-OKC fan, or even an anti-NBA fan until I delighted in watching Steph Curry. When Steph is done, I will consider my allegiance dissolved until another team earns it. Geographic proximity will be a factor, but not the only factor.
