National Basketball Association - 2022/23 Season (Part 1)

Maybe Rudy would be more useful on offense if he didn’t have to use up all his energy on defense.

Giannis played a lot of C minutes and him/Jrue/Kris are really good defenders though

Lopez is way more mobile and versatile than Rudy. I wouldn’t even consider trading Lopez for Rudy. I wouldn’t want Rudy on the Bucks if we could get him for free.

It’s weird watching a team be so proficient at the midrange as the suns. Then they are also knocking down threes and mavs flailing.

Sweet phoenix is 50-0 when leading after 3 quarters.

Yes please God stop his salty ass from commenting warriors games

I’m very glad the sun’s are looking good. Hope they sweep the mavs.

It will make us beating them all that more impressive

Honestly Luka is an absolute baller but he reminds me of harden. I feel like that heliocentric style just isn’t winning basketball deep into the playoffs

When you don’t move the ball more these days and get your team more involved they can never get going.

Brunson looked like an allstar the two games he was out. Now back to ducking. Some of that is better defense but certainly

Although Luka hasn’t had stinkers in big games like harden. Just the style.

You can blame their teammates, but maybe you could argue their teammates never had a chance to shine.

It is a lot easier to spread the ball when your 3/4/5 options are Poole, Wiggins, Drayton, Kuminga etc vs Dimwiddie, Kleber and Finney Smith.

Definitely. But would klay be klay if steph just dominated the ball?

Remember the warriors went from a 1st or 2nd round team to a dynasty when Kerr implemented motion offense. That unlocked the talent of a lot of guys.

Not saying that could be the mavericks lol. Just I think that style has limitations and you’re never winning a chip with it.

Also the pelicans use a motion offense and gave the sun’s all kinds of trouble. Can’t tell me they’re more talented than the mavs

I mean, Klay has the NBA record for points in a quarter. He scored 60 points in 29 minutes. Only Luka could maybe do that one day and he might not even ever have a game like that.

I also don’t think there is much talent disparity between No and Dallas, and with a healthy Zion would easily take NO.

I’ll let others weigh in.

Another topic. Seems sad that harden isn’t going to ring. At least not as one of the top guys on his team. Got really fucked by kd joining the warriors lol.

Obviously I’m biased but I still think warriors get a couple rings by now even without kd as long as they get someone solid with that max spot.

But the rockets in 2018 were so good only the kd warriors were beating them.

Hope the same thing doesn’t happen to Luka and jokic.

Jokic is also kinda heliocentric but his efficiency is the best in the league there literally isn’t a better option possible than him scoring lol. And he does have good players when healthy and shares the ball a ton.

Denver was not at all heliocentric when Murray and MPJ were healthy
