National Basketball Association - 2022/23 Season (Part 1)

they think nobody should get ejected for a foul unless you straight up bludgeon someone ITS THE PLAYOFFS

Yeah, a quick scan of “Flagrant 2” on twitter and you’re hard pressed to find someone who likes the call no matter which team is in their avatar.

it’s one of those things that under the current rules is probably a clear flagrant 2 but you’re not actually supposed to call it like travelling

Foul instead of tie up there? WTF?

This is the first time it’s clicked for me that the Warriors have 0 and 00 as numbers on their roster. That is weird, and I feel like it shouldn’t be allowed. I have no logical reason why, but I just don’t like it.

NBA needs to start addressing some of this stuff in post game analysis.

Have a weekly show devoted to it so there’s transparency.

There were quite a few games I watched this year with this and oldmanyellsatcloud complained to my fiance about such.

Second half of this game has just been awesome to watch. Magnificent WIM on the Warrior’s prior possession.

klay can’t handle the end game pressure

warriors stole game 1

Nice win by the Ws.

I guess I won’t even watch the Celtics if they let the Bucks be draped all over the Cs on the perimeter while Giannis draws touch fouls.

I didn’t know “we can’t tell who it’s out on, so jump ball” was a thing.

nice try, refs.

That’s gotta be demoralizing for Memphis. Dray out most of the game, at home, getting insane bullshit calls all night basically playing 5v8, and the warriors shot under their expected value.

Will be interesting to see what happens when Adams comes back. During the regular season he was super important to the team for rebounding and screening for Ja. But I think Steph/Poole will play him off the court. If they can do it to Jokic they can do it to Adams who doesn’t have the offense to come even close to making up for it.

Was out all day. Taped the game and the program after which I guess was Memphis/GS. Selected what I thought was the first one and it brought me to 3 minutes left in the fourth, Celtics getting stomped.

Fuck me.

Maybe Milwaukee has been on cruise control all year or maybe Boston has been running hot but really hope this was a fluke.

warriors were 48% FG

jaylen brown had a bad game and the refs let physicality go, which favors the bucks.

the celtics ended up just jacking up 3’s

The warriors played beautifully. Best passing I’ve seen in the whole league since maybe 2015/2016.

Just hit the open man/cutter so often. The fact that they pulled out the W with everything going against them makes me way more confident than I was.

It was an incredible game despite the refs trying to take over the game. Series is going to be super fun, actually hope it goes passed 4

Honestly I’ve been a bucks doubter but bucks just owned the paint which is why they were jacking up 3s

I’m far from a Bucks doubter. Definitely thought this was the default ECF. Just a real Celtics believer.
