Now what

That was great.

I actually think the Giuliani stuff was the weakest part.

When we got to the Hay House, we had to turn in our cell phones — sending us into cold sweats

Oh shit

I have no real problem with Borat getting a laugh at our expense. I find some of his stuff pretty funny. I will laugh a lot harder if we get the last laugh on Nov. 3.

How do we celebrate Jeanise Jones?

It started great and went a bit downhill. Overall a great movie, but the flat finish makes you forget the brilliant start

Same, started with the same energy as the original then tried to become a film? I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t awkward enough.

The clear protagonist.

Ok I got a little enthusiastic saying it was better than the first, but I’d have watch the first one again because a part from locking his cousin in a cage and the fat naked dude, I don’t remember the bits.

Given how popular Borat got, to pull off something close to the first is pretty impressive, and has any high profile guy been pranked worse than about to get their fishing pole out in all of Cohen history?

8.75/10

I think they kind of explain that in the first 10 minutes when he arrived in the US. Borat is too famous to legitimately trick people like they did in the first film. It’s why almost all the bits doing that were his daughter.

Apparently Borat’s daughter got close to the president in the White House and even shook Don Jr.’s hand.

Watched it tonight and thought it was fantastic. Had no idea how they’d pull this off without it seeming dated and cheesy and racist and holy shit it delivered. Daughter obviously a breakout performance.

So what’s the cover for having cameras in the bits with the real people like the pastor or the plastic surgeon?

It is impressive. I’m glad he did it and there were some really hilarious scenes and a lot of heart in this one. But my god the first Borat was the funniest thing I’d ever seen. I was sore from laughing.
