Yeah, I don’t know what to tell you, it’s very hard to swallow. I’m operating under the assumption that women like to bang “hot” dudes and will overlook quite a bit at least for a one night stand.
Women like to bang hot dudes, and confident dudes, and funny dudes, and rich dudes, and dudes that play guitar, and dudes that bring them breakfast in bed, and dudes that just happen to be in the room. Humans like to bang.
I’d put a whole host of factors way above attractiveness if we are predicting whether someone will be an incel: alcoholic or abusive Dad, mens’ rights curious, Joe Rogan fan, parents with an anxiety disorder, UP moderator. The list is very long.

I 100% agree that ugliness is not a necessary or sufficient condition to be an incel. But at the other end of the spectrum, if one is “hot” they almost can’t be one even if they check the other boxes. Someone will bang them despite all the negatives. Because they are “hot”.
The problem for most incels is they don’t interact with humans. No one will bang you if you don’t leave the house.

This may have been a significant barrier in the past. But now if you’re “hot” just put up a couple photos on Tinder and you’re good to go. Incels normally spend enough time on a computer to know that to be the case.

But if the hot dude is awkward and creepy they can simply bang a different hot dude. A big problem with incels is their feeling of entitlement to attention and sexual favors.

“Hot dudes” are by definition uncommon. Finding another one to bang isn’t simple.
