Pretty cool. I went in and (crudely) marked WS champs. The winner is in the top 10 eleven out of 20 years.
It’s interesting that several times when the champs were outside the top 10, they appeared within the top 10 the following season.

A’s fan here probably done with baseball.
The only new detail I heard today is that apparently the agreement with baseball includes heavy fines on John Fisher if he sells the team shortly after the move, though I haven’t seen dollar figures or exact time frames regarding that.
Still ridiculous among all the other bullshit, that on top of the money they are getting from nevada and the free land from Bally’s/Tropicana, that there will be no relocation fee.
So 2024 the A’s will play in an empty coliseum. The three years after that they will be nomads probably between oracle park and the AAA park in summerlin, but as of now no firm commitments from anyone. The union will probably have a say in this too.
And going forward, they don’t have blueprints, they don’t have an architect, Fisher doesnt have his share of the $1.5 billion secured, etc. just a half assed rush job down the line.

Yeah people wanting to buy the team would pay all the fines anyways. So not much of a punishment or deterrent.
