I was told the Royals or Pirates could have just as easily signed Judge if their owners weren’t greedy assholes.

Yikes, I did not think they’d go near 360. I thought it was gonna be like 320 and let him walk for 340+. Judge is not going to have a fun time here if they don’t win a WS. He’s going to be getting the Arod treatment and he’s not going to have Jeter/Mo/Posada/Petite to absorb the load. It’s all on him now. But, I guess if he thought it through and think he’s up for it, he could build a legacy here.

Yep, he signed on to basically be a martyr, which baffles me. He would have been beloved in SF, ring or not
