The body isn’t built to be as great as he is.
That’s how you know when a player is truly special.

Somewhere, Jose Canseco’s soul is finally at rest.

While I’m here, lol Cubs.
He loves that glove flip. A beauty to watch.
7 consecutive games with a HR for Mr Votto. One to go for the all time record
Cards make some trades to make a terrible rotation worse. Can’t wait to make a run for 80 wins instead of 82!
Why is Amir Garrett in this game? They have 4 new relievers who can actually pitch, like what is the point of this?
probably so he doesn’t have to pitch to Baez tomorrow.
LMAO at Baez following us to NY (or vice versa)
Also, Jonathan India, ROTY por favor
He should not even be on this squad. Dude’s a AA-level pitcher right now and a complete basketcase.
Check out what real pitching looks like. Three games with the new relievers + Lorenzen making quick work of people.
hopefully the new guys and the guys coming off the IL will light a fire under his ass.
in other news, I’m going to the game vs, the Twins on Tuesday and I can’t wait. I’m sure that means they’ll lose, but I haven’t been to GABP yet and I am really looking forward to the Reds HOF. Also, my dad got tickets right behind home plate so there’s that…lol
Reds HOF is pretty nice. Only place I’ve sat in the 1st row behind home plate is CLE because their tix are ridiculously affordable. The Reds diamond box cost 2x as much for some reason.
Yikes. Rough day for Padres fans
When you’ve got tickets on your birthday to Tatis bobblehead night but your favorite player gets his shoulder dislocated the game before… #weloveyoutatis
Thats a terrible baserunning decision by Tatis imo
Happy Birthday. Mine was today and Joey Votto gave me another home run with a Reds win. I’m happy. Javy Baez is not
Happy birthday, but to be fair he gave that to everyone who had a birthday this week. That’s not so special anymore.
(which reminds me of the greatest fan chant of all time –
Feel bad for Tatis; he’s fun to watch. (Does that mean I only really feel bad for myself?)
Is it true that once you dislocate your shoulder it’s a million times easier for it to keep happening? Like you can just be walking down the street and suddenly your arm drops onto the ground?
Not to that level, but yes the joint becomes much more succeptible to dislocation after the first
