I was unfortunately at that game. One of my friends was sitting in the outfield over the bullpen and I went and saw him at some point and Grienke hit his second one into the pen right next to us.

Yankees crew pointed out the scoring should be 1-3-6-2-5-6. They missed the throw from first to second early in the play.
