the mlb HR leader this year is a pitcher with 100 mph fast ball
And I know one betting site that hasn’t adjusted.
Oh and he has 6 stolen bases.
This play was nuts. Odor scored from 1st. Both he and the catcher knocked out of the game.

I like pre-2000s basketball but there were a lot of 85-79 games when the game was more physical. “Physical” meant you were allowed to foul people, lol
I thought I understood physics and rotational mechanics.
I do not.

Yeah those overlays are nuts. The craziest ones to me are the 2 seam fastballs that come in just as fast but have a ton of late break and are thrown with a similar arm motion. Curves are a bit easier to pick up because the pitchers arm motion and ball spin are easier to spot.
Back in HS I actually hit curveballs pretty well because I could pick up the spin and time the break pretty well, and the slower speed helped me. Once pitchers got to about 80MPH I couldn’t really hit the fastballs anymore, but one thing that’s consistent in HS is that on an 0-2 count you’re getting a curveball, so against power arms I would just stare at the first two fastballs then go after the curve. Then one day I was up against a guy who was clocked at 95MPH as HS sophomore (he ended up getting as high as AAA for the d’backs). I got down 0-2. Sure enough the curveball came in, and it was faster than most pitchers fastballs. I was actually proud of myself for it not being a pure K, I tipped it into the catchers glove.
where @Rivaldo at? your boy Means crushing the Mariners. perfect thru 7.
7 ip, 85 pitches, 9 strikeouts, 0 k’s, 0 walks.
S. Haggerty caught stealing, catcher to shortstop
S. Haggerty struck out, reached on wild pitch
oh that’s wrong. it’s not a perfect game even though he struck the guy out
lol White Sox

Thanks for the W, Tony.
most impressive thing, 20 of 21 first pitches for strikes. Kansas kid has arrived.
boom boom Mancini
8 innings, no hits no walks no errors. i think that should count as perfect
first no hitter since 1959 for the orioles. i wonder how many no walks, no runs, no errors, no hbp, no hitters were there in history.
looks pretty perfect to me
On a slightly different topic. What does a red “edit” button mean on one entry on my contests page on DK? I got one and don’t know what it means.
not sure what you mean. maybe you have players from a ppd game?
Nope. Entry looks fine. I’m just going to roll with it. The edit button under “status” is colored red on one entry. I dunno.
That not being a perfect game is some horseshit but I understand why.
